    • 🥔 2 potatoes (250g), cut into pieces
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 7 shishito peppers
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 200ml water

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Slice the onion into wedges and thinly slice the garlic.

Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and cook until the color changes. Add potatoes and onions, cook until softened.

Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, chicken stock powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Add shishito peppers and simmer for another 2 minutes.
