Noodles
- 2 servings yakisoba noodles
Seafood
- 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
- 30g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
ШАГИ
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion, cut the chives into 3cm pieces, and slice the garlic thinly, removing the core.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, chicken stock powder) in a bowl.
Microwave the yakisoba noodles for 1 minute at 600W to loosen them.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Then add octopus and stir-fry briefly.
Add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry, loosening them as you cook. Pour in the sauce and mix well. Finally, add the chives and stir-fry until combined.
