ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 250g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk scallion, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms, trimmed
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts, halved
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
ШАГИ
Slice scallions diagonally into 1cm pieces. Trim enoki mushrooms and cut into thirds. Halve kaiware sprouts.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces and massage with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Add scallions and enoki mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
When scallions soften, add soy sauce, mayonnaise, and doubanjiang. Stir to combine. Add kaiware sprouts and quickly stir-fry before serving.
