Main
- 🐟 2 pieces salted salmon (160g)
- 1 pack pea shoots (250g)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 piece ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp water
ШАГИ
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into thirds. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes. Peel and slice the ginger.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Spread the pea shoots on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle the ginger slices on top, and arrange the cherry tomatoes (pierced with a skewer) and salted salmon on top. Drizzle sake over the ingredients, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Pour the prepared sauce over the dish before serving.
