ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ШАГИ
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, and dice into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into quarters and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang) and stir until well combined. Add the avocado and stir briefly.
