    • 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach

    • 🥓 4 slices bacon

  • Seasonings

    • 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp consomme powder

Cut spinach into 4cm pieces and bacon into 1cm strips.

Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Add spinach 2 minutes before the pasta finishes cooking, then drain.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and garlic, and sauté until bacon is cooked.

Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and consomme to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, then turn off the heat.

Combine the cooked pasta and spinach with the sauce in the pan. Mix well and serve on plates.
