ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
- 🥬 150g spinach, washed and chopped
- 🍗 100g ground chicken
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Wash spinach and cut into 5cm pieces. Microwave in a heatproof container for 30–40 seconds at 600W. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a frying pan, combine ground chicken and seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger). Cook over medium heat, stirring until chicken is fully cooked and crumbly.
Add cooked rice and prepared spinach to the pan. Mix well until evenly combined.
