    • 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)

    • 🥬 100g spinach, washed and cut
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

    • 🧀 4 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
  • White Sauce

    • 🧈 20g salted butter
    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 🥛 300ml milk
    • 1/3 tsp consomme powder
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Wash and cut spinach into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion. Microwave spinach, onion, and 1 tbsp water for 2 minutes at 600W. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

Microwave butter in a heatproof container for 30 seconds at 600W to melt. Add flour and mix well to avoid lumps.

Gradually add milk while mixing. Add consomme, salt, and pepper. Microwave uncovered for 2 minutes at 600W, stir, and microwave again for another 2 minutes until thickened.

Mix the spinach, onion, and tuna into the white sauce.

Layer half the rice in a heatproof dish, top with half the sauce mixture, and sprinkle half the cheese. Repeat for the second serving. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
