Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
- 1/2 bag (100g) bean sprouts
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the eggplants into wedges and mix with sesame oil in a bowl.
Trim excess fat from the chicken thigh, make cuts to even out the thickness, and season with salt and pepper.
Layer bean sprouts on a microwave-safe plate, add eggplants and chicken on top, sprinkle with sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients (mentsuyu, vinegar, grated ginger, white sesame) in a bowl.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Plate the bean sprouts and eggplants, place the chicken on top, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion.
