ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 4 shiso leaves
- 5cm (150g) daikon radish
Seasoning
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- To taste black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Slice the chicken breast into large pieces and season lightly with salt and sake.
Prepare the vegetables: shred the maitake mushrooms, grate the daikon radish, and finely chop the ginger.
Place the chicken and maitake mushrooms in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Mix the ponzu sauce, olive oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to prepare the dressing.
Plate the steamed chicken and mushrooms, garnish with grated daikon and shiso leaves, and drizzle the dressing over the top.
