ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 300g clams, cleaned
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, 300g, diced
- 6 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 50cc water
- 50cc white wine
- 2 sprigs dill
ШАГИ
Wash the clams thoroughly, scrubbing the shells, and drain well.
Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.
Halve the Brussels sprouts and slice the garlic, removing the core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add Brussels sprouts and potatoes, and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add clams and cherry tomatoes, stir until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and cover. Steam over low heat for 5 minutes until clams open.
Plate the dish and garnish with torn dill sprigs.
