- 150g clams (purged)

- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch sliced red chili

- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Wash the clams thoroughly and drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bean sprouts, grated garlic, and red chili, and stir-fry briefly.
Add clams, sake, and salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 3–5 minutes until the clams open.
