- 🐚 400g clams (cleaned and de-sanded)
Vegetables
- 1 bag soybean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 bunch green onions
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 red chili
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 1.5 cups water
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Salt to taste
ШАГИ
Heat salad oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red chili, sauté until fragrant.
Add cleaned clams and soybean sprouts to the pan.
Pour sake and water into the pan, cover with a lid.
Steam for 5-7 minutes until clams open and sprouts are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with chopped green onions.
