ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1/2 head napa cabbage
- 💧 500ml water
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1 red chili, minced
ШАГИ
Cut the napa cabbage into quarters from the base.
Rinse two quarters of napa cabbage in water.
Drain the cabbage and place it in a steamer with 500ml water. Steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
Mince garlic, green chili, and red chili.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place steamed napa cabbage on a plate and drizzle the sauce evenly before serving.
