In a bowl, mash the tofu with a whisk until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Crack in the egg and mix thoroughly.

Add soy milk and salad oil, then mix. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix until no lumps remain. Divide the batter evenly into silicone cups.

Line a frying pan with three layers of parchment paper and arrange the cups. Add water to a height of 1.5cm and heat over medium heat.
