ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 200g yellowtail fillets (2 pieces)
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 a pinch of grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Place the yellowtail fillets on a heatproof plate, followed by the shimeji mushrooms and green onion. Pour the seasoning mixture over the top.
Cover the plate loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until cooked. Let it sit covered for 2 minutes before serving.
