- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bean sprouts, bell peppers, and grated garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are coated with oil.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
