ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Soy
- 1 pack natto with sauce
Vegetable
- 100g bean sprouts
- 50g kimchi
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Crack the egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix to create egg mixture.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bean sprouts, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add natto, natto sauce, and kimchi, and stir briefly. Push to one side of the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the empty space in the pan. When the edges begin to set, gently stir until the egg is semi-cooked.
Combine all ingredients in the pan and stir-fry briefly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
