ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 150g konjac, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 🥕 5cm carrot, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- Pinch of chili powder
ШАГИ
Remove seeds from bell peppers and slice them thinly. Slice the carrot thinly as well.
Slice the konjac into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and add the carrot. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the konjac and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, dashi powder, chili powder) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
