ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetable
- 100g burdock, thinly sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, julienned
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp miso
- 1 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the burdock diagonally and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain well. Pit and mash the umeboshi. Julienne the shiso leaves.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the pork and ☆ ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, umeboshi) in a plastic bag and massage to marinate.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add burdock and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add 3 tbsp of water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes until tender.
Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the pork changes color. Turn off the heat and mix in the shiso leaves.
