Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
ШАГИ
Toast the dried shrimp in a dry pan until the surface turns slightly white. Remove any debris.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing ketchup, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar in a bowl.
Sift the toasted shrimp through a sieve to remove small debris.
Add the prepared seasoning to the pan and simmer gently until it starts bubbling.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir until evenly coated with the seasoning.
Turn off the heat and finish mixing with residual heat to avoid overcooking.
