    • 20g dried kiriboshi daikon
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Rinse the dried kiriboshi daikon in a bowl of water, squeezing gently. Rehydrate it in plenty of water (as per package instructions), then squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized lengths.

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and stir-fry briefly.

Add the kiriboshi daikon to the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
