- 250g pea shoots
Canned Goods
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Break it apart and stir-fry briefly.
Spread the pea shoots over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the pea shoots soften. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
