Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea sprouts
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them in half. Remove the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and stir-fry while evaporating the liquid. Add the pea sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
