ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g cabbage, chopped
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Cheese
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, then separate them.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened, then add the mixed seasonings and stir-fry. Finally, add grated cheese and mix well.
