ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g daikon, 5cm piece
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
ШАГИ
Rub the pork with sake, salt, and pepper.
Cut the daikon into 5mm thick slices after halving and dividing into thirds. Trim and cut the pea shoots into thirds.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until the color changes.
Add the daikon and stir-fry until tender. Mix in the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, gochujang), then add the pea shoots and stir briefly.
