ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 6 stalks garlic chives (30g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
ШАГИ
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Trim the roots of the garlic chives and cut into 4cm lengths. Thinly slice the onion.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, and grated garlic) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and onion, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add garlic chives and the miso sauce to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
