- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spring cabbage, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Cut the spring cabbage into 3cm square pieces after removing the core.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the spring cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add sake and salted kombu, then stir-fry to combine.
