ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 4 stalks asparagus, peeled and sliced
- 100g enoki mushrooms, trimmed and divided
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Trim the asparagus and peel the lower half. Slice diagonally into 3cm pieces. Trim the enoki mushrooms, divide into thirds, and separate by hand.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color. Add asparagus, enoki mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
