ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (250g)
- 2 green peppers
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Halve the potatoes, place them cut-side down, and cut into six wedges. Soak in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container for 4–5 minutes at 600W.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm-wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the potatoes and green peppers to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
