ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork belly (sliced for grilling)
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 🧅 1 green onion (165g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ssamjang
ШАГИ
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the pork belly with sake and ssamjang. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until the surface changes color. Add the green onion and bell peppers, and continue stir-frying until the vegetables soften and the pork is fully cooked.
