ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 100g pork slices
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 80g wakame seaweed
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Boil water in a pot, blanch the wakame briefly, rinse under cold water, and drain. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Season the pork slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, heat the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) over medium heat. Add grated garlic and pork slices, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add the wakame to the pan and mix briefly. Return the eggs to the pan, add sake and seasonings, and stir until everything is well combined.
