ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ШАГИ
Wash the potato thoroughly, cut it into quarters, and soak in water. Drain and wrap in plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mix all the ☆ seasonings in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the microwaved potato and the ☆ seasonings to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
