Vegetables
- 🎃 150g pumpkin, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
ШАГИ
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, slice thinly, and cut into 5mm strips.
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pumpkin, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
Transfer the pumpkin to a bowl, add the seasonings (mentsuyu, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, and garlic), and mix well.
