ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 block Spam
- 🥕 70g carrot, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, diced
- A small amount of cabbage, chopped
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Additional Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
ШАГИ
Dice the carrot, onion, zucchini, and cabbage. Cut Spam into small cubes.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the diced carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the onion, zucchini, cabbage, and Spam to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and Spam.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
Pour in 1.5 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix thoroughly with the rice and vegetables.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of sesame oil over the rice and mix well.
In a separate pan, fry 2 eggs sunny-side up.
Serve the stir-fried rice on plates, top each serving with a fried egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
