- 🥬 1/8 head napa cabbage

- 1 block konjac (pre-treated)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 100 ml water
ШАГИ
Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the stems and leaves. Tear konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the konjac for about 1 minute.
Add the napa cabbage stems and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add the leaves and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add mentsuyu and water, cover the pan, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
