ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetable
- 50g snow peas
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp consomme
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas, then cut them diagonally into halves. Slice the onion thinly.
Place the peeled shrimp in a bowl, sprinkle with sake and salt and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion, and stir-fry until translucent.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn white and are cooked through.
Add the snow peas and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, curry powder, consomme), and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
