ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦑 150g frozen squid
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves (150g)
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 clove minced ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the squid into 3cm squares with crosshatch cuts.
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
Add squid and stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes until cooked.
Push squid to the side, add beaten eggs, and stir gently until semi-cooked.
Add lettuce and stir-fry until coated with oil. Mix in seasonings and stir until well combined.
