ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
ШАГИ
Cut the thick fried tofu into 2cm cubes.
Cut the tomato into wedges, then halve each wedge horizontally.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, wasabi, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add ground meat and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add the thick fried tofu and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the tomato and stir briefly. Add the mixed seasonings and stir to combine.
