- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 4 whole bell peppers
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Dairy
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Staples
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 50cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
ШАГИ
Prepare the bell peppers by pressing the stem inward and removing seeds and pith. Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W.
Mix ground meat, minced onion, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Add pizza cheese and mix again, dividing into 4 portions.
Dust the inside of the bell peppers with flour and stuff them with the meat mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the stuffed peppers meat-side down, and cook over medium-low heat until browned. Add water, cover, and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally.
In the same pan, add sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened. Pour over the stuffed peppers and serve.
