ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 bunch shungiku, trimmed and halved
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 600ml water
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the onion and trim and halve the shungiku.
Boil water in a pot, cook somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse in cold water, and drain.
Heat the seasonings (☆) in a pot, bring to a boil, then add beef and onion. Simmer on low heat until the beef changes color.
Add the somen noodles and shungiku to the pot, simmer until the shungiku softens. Serve in bowls and top with egg yolks.
