ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 8 slices thinly sliced beef (200g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon, sliced thinly
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced thinly
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce

Prepare the vegetables: remove seeds from bitter melon and slice thinly. Slice red and yellow bell peppers thinly. Mince garlic and ginger.
Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Dust with potato starch using a sieve, then place the vegetables on the beef and roll tightly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls in the pan, cover, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until browned, then take out the rolls.
In the same pan, add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce), garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then pour over the rolls and serve.
