Main Ingredients
- 🍶 2 packs soft tofu
- 🧂 130g soy sauce
- 💧 130g water
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Mix soy sauce, water, plum syrup, sugar, chopped green onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sauce.
Carefully cut the soft tofu packs, drain the water, and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a container.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu in the container. Store it in the refrigerator for at least one day before serving.
