    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Anchovy Tartar Sauce

    • 🥚 2 boiled eggs, minced
    • 🐟 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
    • 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🌿 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the sunny lettuce in half lengthwise. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower parts with a peeler. Mince the garlic.

Mince the boiled eggs. Roughly chop the anchovy fillets and parsley.

Combine all the tartar sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add asparagus and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then remove. Add sunny lettuce and stir-fry briefly over medium heat.

Plate the sautéed vegetables and drizzle the tartar sauce on top.
