ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 1 serving cooked udon noodles
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 150g grated daikon radish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 300cc water
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
In a pot, add pork belly and seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce). Heat over medium heat and stir until the pork changes color, then remove.
In the same pot, add noodle sauce and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add udon noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Serve the cooked udon in a bowl, top with the cooked pork, grated daikon, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
