ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seaweed
- 1 handful dried seaweed
Vegetables
- 1/4 radish, thinly sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt for seasoning
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Soak the dried seaweed in water until softened, then blanch briefly in hot water and drain.
Thinly slice the radish and lightly salt it to soften the texture.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Adjust sweetness and sourness to taste.
Squeeze out excess water from the salted radish.
Combine the radish, seaweed, and seasoning in a bowl. Gradually add the seasoning while tasting.
Mix thoroughly with gloved hands until evenly coated.
Serve the salad as a side dish or on top of warm rice.
