ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 50g pickled shallots
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp pickled shallot juice
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Break the maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Cut the pickled shallots in half lengthwise.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat it with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Then add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the pickled shallots and the ☆ seasonings (pickled shallot juice, sake, soy sauce) to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
