Main
- 16 pieces of konjac (208g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 100cc water
Seasoning
- A pinch of shichimi togarashi
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
ШАГИ
Boil konjac in a pot with water (not listed in ingredients) for 3 minutes, then drain.
Let the konjac cool slightly, then skewer 4 pieces onto each bamboo stick, making 4 skewers in total.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the konjac skewers until the oil is absorbed.
Add water and the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) to the pan, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
