- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 100g prepared shirataki noodles
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the onion and cut the shirataki noodles into bite-sized lengths.
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the shirataki noodles over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add salad oil, pork, and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Then, add sake and soy sauce, and stir-fry to combine.
