ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1 burdock root (180g)
- 1 konjac block (220g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100 ml water
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
ШАГИ
Peel and slice the burdock root into thin strips. Soak in water to remove bitterness.
Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces and blanch in boiling water for 1–2 minutes to remove odor.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add burdock and konjac, stir-frying until slightly browned.
Add sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water, and sliced chili to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Simmer the mixture over low heat for 15–20 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
